We offer a range of configurations to suit a variety of needs from a sole trader up to large concerns with a requirement of 50 persons or more.

Your office will be operational in as little as 24 hours, or as required to accommodate your schedule.

The minimum contract term at i2 Office is three months with a notice period of one month thereafter.

In an i2 serviced office you get the same facilities, services and infrastructure as a large corporation but at a fraction of the cost.

There is a fixed monthly charge which covers all your accommodation costs as well as services, infrastructure, IT and telecoms.

The only variable costs are in respect of usage such as meeting rooms, photocopying or call charges.

As a Serviced Office client you have two fixed costs:

• Office rental
• IT and telecoms rental

For all additional services, i2 Office charges by usage. Put another way, you pay only for what you use and nothing else.

Resilience

• i2 Office: you have a backup line which automatically fails over in the event of the primary circuit going down.
• Home broadband: there is no backup.

Performance

• i2 Office: you are running services over a private 100Mb fibre circuit used solely by i2 Office.
• I2 Office: fibre does not degrade over distance so the 100Mb actually is 100Mb. Shared services are only shared with other tenants in our business centres.
• Home broadband: services are run over copper and are contended at the exchange so you are effectively sharing your internet with hundreds, if not thousands of other users.
• Home broadband: copper also degrades over distance so the further you are away from the exchange the worse the speeds are. This is why you’ll notice home broadband services quoting "up to" 20Mb/30Mb etc as the speed simply cannot be guaranteed.

Support – what happens if the service goes down?

• i2 Office: you have a dedicated support team, (i.e. i2 Office and our comms and IT partners ”essensys”) to call direct and get direct answers and support.
• Home broadband: Have you ever tried to call BT or Virgin if their broadband goes down? The response is far from instant!

Managed service

• i2 Office – our comms partners "essensys" actively manages the i2 network 365 days per year via their Network Operations Centre.
• I2 Office – you have a support team who you can call direct.
• Home broadband – these services are not managed. Apart from conducting your own speed tests there is no way to actively manage your home broadband.
  

• DIA is exactly what it is - private and to be used solely by you. You are paying for the privilege of having a private service backed by a Service Level Agreement.
• DIA is run over fibre which is a far more advanced technology and therefore costs more.
• you have a backup line which automatically takes over in the event of the primary circuit going down.
• there are no long term contracts, no lead times and no installation fees
• it is unlike Home broadband where there is no guarantee of service, speeds are contended and there is no support or management
• With i2 it is unlike procuring your own DIA where there will be minimum terms of contract (typically 12+ months), installation fees and long lead times (typically 35+ working days)
• the i2 pricing for DIA ( aka leased line services) is exceptionally competitive, particularly as it is managed and supported.
