Philip founded i2 Office in early 2009 to exploit an opportunity in the serviced office market. Both a Chartered Builder and a Chartered Surveyor he spent his early career with Abbey PLC managing a £50m annual budget employed in the development of both branch offices and the Corporate HQ. He is an experienced developer and manager and creates innovative solutions to property challenges.
In 1999 he founded United Business Centres (UBC) which opened its first business centre in 2000, growing the business over the subsequent eight years to 23 centres thus becoming one of the major providers of serviced offices in the UK.
A significant part of this growth was achieved through management agreements with both property institutions and developers. He formed i2 Office to capitalise on this experience and further innovate the serviced office market particularly in the spheres of customer service, technology and partnering.
