The Challenge
Red Legal is so effective at what they do that even in the current housing slump they are flourishing. They have been a client at i2 Office Milton Keynes since mid-2010 and when they outgrew their office, the challenge was to compete with the other serviced office companies in the area and retain their business through competitive pricing and excellent customer service.
Red Legal needed to keep the flexibility of a serviced office but move to a larger office with the minimum of fuss and no loss of service to their clients. All of their telephones and computer equipment needed to move without their being a disruption including networking to their printers and scanners. It was also important that the desks and seating were arranged to keep the team groups still working together.
The Solution
To accommodate the increase in staffing, i2 Office were able to provide a larger office suite, IT and telecommunications at a competitive price. The telephones and dedicated broadband was seamlessly transferred to the new office. The desks and floor outlets containing the power and data ports were moved to coincide with the chosen desk set up.
Red Legal moved their files, electronic equipment and personnel and was delighted that their relocation was achieved without any disruption to their business.
The Result
Red Legal has been operating successfully and seamlessly at the i2 Office business centre at Luminous House. Their move occurred without a hitch with their IT equipment, printers, faxes networked and working correctly without disruption.
