At Rock the Boat Consulting we are specialists in talent engagement and management. Working closely with our clients from a wide variety of sectors, we find solutions to help them maximise the potential of their people and their business through various approaches, but focussing mainly on the design and delivery of bespoke leadership programmes and the provision of 1 to 1 executive coaching.
Historically we have had a limited need for serviced offices as both our clients and our consultants are spread throughout the UK and indeed globally, however as the business has grown we decided there was a need for a central location where we could effectively manage the operations of the business and one that could serve as a hub for consultants. Thirdly, as part of our marketing strategy our chosen location also needed to be ideal for inviting our clients along for meetings and seminars.
We compiled our search criteria then viewed several serviced offices, operated by different providers. i2 Office stood out because of the high standard of the décor, the smart training and seminar rooms, the fact that we had access to its executive lounge and its central Glasgow location.
Once the decision was made, the process was very straightforward and the move in seamless. Our IT was up and running from day one and we found the IT support to be excellent. We were able to use meeting rooms for our recruitment purposes immediately which allowed candidates to see where they would be working. i2 Office provides us with the ideal surroundings in which to meet our clients and provides the support which allows us to concentrate on our core business.
